Mukogawa Administrative Scrivener Office located in Naka Ward, Yokohama City, has a rich history spanning over 25 years. Founded by Kiyoshi Mukogawa, our office has evolved into a respected name in the field of administrative law. Kiyoshi Mukogawa, born in Yokohama City on September 11, 1963, embarked on his legal journey when he registered as an administrative scrivener on December 6, 1991. His passion for law and commitment to service laid the foundation for our office.

Kiyoshi Mukogawa has been instrumental in shaping future legal professionals. He taught the "Administrative Scrivener Examination Course" at Kanto Gakuin University and the Waseda Seminar. His current role at Musashino University involves guiding students towards their qualifications.

Kiyoshi Mukogawa's leadership extends to his role as Vice Chairman of the Kanagawa Prefecture Administrative Scrivener Association. His influence and guidance have been pivotal in shaping the legal landscape in the region. Furthermore, we handle establishment, certification, and management operations for a diverse range of organizations. These include medical corporations, NPOs, school corporations, public interest incorporated foundations, social welfare corporations, and religious corporations.
