He played a major role in training future administrative scriveners and legal professionals. From 1991 to 2000, he was in charge of the Administrative Scrivener Examination Course at Kanto Gakuin University, imparting the essential knowledge and skills to those aiming to become professionals. Additionally, from 1995 to 2007, he was in charge of the Waseda Seminar’s administrative scrivener examination course and practical course, contributing to the development of human resources in the legal world. His dedication to education continues today, as he is currently in charge of “Qualification Guidance” at Musashino University.

Notable talks include: In 2007, he gave a joint lecture with Kansai Electric Power Co., Ltd. on “How to Read Legal Procedure Management Manuals” hosted by Daiichi Hoki Co., Ltd. In 2008, he participated in a lecture on “License Pitfalls” sponsored by Tokyo Gas Co., Ltd. In the same year, they co-starred in another lecture on “Licensing Pitfalls” sponsored by Daiichi Hoki Co., Ltd. in Tokyo. In 2009, Mr. Mukogawa gave a lecture on “Permit Pitfalls” hosted by Daiichi Hoki Co., Ltd. in Osaka.

 

In 2009, he also co-presented a lecture on “Points to keep in mind when hiring foreigners” hosted by Daiichi Hoki Co., Ltd. in Urawa.
